Summary

Mizora might not be the most endearingBaldur’s Gate 3character, but she’s certainly got style, and one cosplay of the character shows that off in truly impressive fashion. As Wyll’s patron and a crony of the archdevil ruler Zariel, Mizora has the trademark infernalappearance of a half-devil cambion. Although she’s an undeniably dark presence in Wyll’s life, Mizora isn’t a straightforward antagonist, instead being willing to both help and hinder his and the party’s aims, depending on what would ultimately benefit her and Zariel.

CosplayerFrau_Hakushared their rendition of Mizora in a Reddit post with a gallery of photos, andthe images almost look like they could be screenshots taken directly from the game. From the costume to the lighting to the appropriately medieval backdrops, everything is in place to truly replicate the feel ofBaldur’s Gate 3.

Getting the detail of Mizora’s outfit just right is impressive enough, especially considering how bedecked the cambion is in finery. The real cherry on top, however, is just how well Mizora’s wings are handled. The bony structure and fleshy webbing are perfectly recreated in the cosplay, adding a slightly unnerving element to the beautiful design.

Baldur’s Gate 3: Should You Save or Kill Mizora in Act 2?

During Act 2 of Baldur’s Gate 3, players come across the difficult choice of either saving or killing Mizora. Here are the pros and cons of each.

Authentic Detail Brings Mizora To Cosplay Life

The Cambion’s Look Isn’t Easy To Pull Off

Some photo editing adds a bit of extra pizazz to Frau_Haku’s Mizora cosplay, particularly in an image that shows her wings dissolving with a fiery effect. In terms of the costume itself, however, it’s all real.Frau_Hakualso shared a video of the cosplay on their TikTok account, and even without the impressive retouching, the lifelike motion of the wings might be even more impressive than the still photos are.

Mizora isn’t the firstBaldur’s Gate 3character that Frau_Haku has brought to life, and ardent fans ofBaldur’s Gate 3cosplay might well recognize them from some previous achievements. A recentShadowheart cosplay featured elaborate Dark Justiciararmor and a couple of perfect accessories in the form of the Spear of Night and the mysterious artefact that helps drive the game’s plot. They’ve also done an equally impressive andstunningly accurate Lae’zel cosplay, which boasts all the intricate detail that defines githyanki armor and weaponry.

Baldur’s Gate 3: Pros & Cons Of Romancing Lae’zel In BG3

Maintaining a true emotional connection with the githyanki warrior might be harder than one would think, but the payoff is totally worth it.

Frau_Haku’s cosplay tends to emphasize accuracy in expressions, poses, and body language as well as the costuming itself, and Mizora is no exception.Confidence and scorn are what might first come to mind when thinking about Mizora, and the whole photoshoot conveys these attributes with exceptional consistency. Even if Mizora isn’t always the most welcome figure in aBaldur’s Gate 3camp, a great cosplay is a great cosplay, and this one is a definite standout.
