BRZRKR, the successful comic created and written byKeanu Reeves, has finally gotten a major update in a very long time at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con and brought aboard highly coveted staff. The series will be adapted into an anime form and a Netflix live-action, both coming soon.
The comic was announced to receive a movie and an anime in 2021, and it was confirmed that Production I. G would be producing the following year.

With the studio coming off the successfulKaiju No. 8andthe upcomingTerminator Zeroanime,BRZKR’s anime will start production in the fall of 2024. Although it could be a while until the completion of the process, this is exciting news nonetheless, as fans can rest easy knowing progress is finally being made.

The director ofBRZRKRhas not been announced yet, butKeanu Reeveshas stated in 2022 that he is considering taking up the role.
