Bat-Mite is without a doubtthe most powerful member of the Bat-Familyand is capable of rewriting reality as he wishes. So far, the human resistance has been completely unable to stop the vampire menace, withthe vampires only growing stronger by the day as they keep turning more and more people into vampires. While humanity did have a cure, it was lost when Harley Quinn was killed. With no cure and no hope, it seems the only possible answer is the reality-bending powers of Bat-Mite. This story will also let viewers see Bat-Mite like never before — in a world without Batman.

Bat-Mite has the power to change everything.
The true fall of this dark world began with the death of the Bat-Family. WhenNightwing was revealed as the king of vampires, he immediately slaughtered Batman along with Tim Drake and Jason Todd. Bat-Mite, of course, is a huge Batman fan. He’s absolutely obsessed with Batman, and readers have never gotten to see a Bat-Mite in a world that lost its Batman. With Bat-Mite’s reality-warping powers,he could easily bring Batman back to life, or he might just turn his obsessive nature towards someone else. All that fans know for sure is that Bat-Mite has the power to change everything.
Will Bat-Mite Use His Power to Bring Batman Back?
Panel fromDC vs. Vampires#6 by James Tynion IV, Matthew Rosenberg, Rex Lokus, Simone Di Meo, Otto Schmidt, Daniele Di Nicuolo, and Tom Napolitano
It’s been stated a few times in the pages ofDC vs. Vampiresthat Batman would make all the difference in the war against the vampires. Several characters, such as Deathstroke, have even tried to revive Batman. While all of these attempts have failed, Bat-Mite is the only character who has the power to both destroy the vampires and bring Batman back. Whether he will or not remains to be seen, but asBat-Miteis an absolute Batman super-fan, it’s very likely he won’t be happy with the vampires who killed him in thisElseworldsuniverse.
