The film starsDeadpool 2’s Jack Kesy as its titular heroic demon, who works for the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD.). Set during the 1950s, the film sees Hellboy and his BPRD partner stranded in an isolated community that’s haunted by supernatural entities — as well as the Crooked Man, who harbors a connection to Hellboy’s troubled past. Reportedly,the film is slated for a 2024 release, though that may change.
