How to Unofficially Change Your PS Store Region
Like the App Store and Play Store, Sony’s PlayStation Store changes according to what region you registered your PSN account with. That means different prices, apps, and deals depending on your area.
But unlike the App Store and Play Store, Sony doesn’t give you the option to change your PS store region—officially. In Sony’s books, your PS Store region is permanent and unchangeable.

Creating a new account is the only way to “change” your PS Store region. On the other hand, if you’re desperate to use the same email, you could delete your PSN account and start afresh (but you will lose access to all your purchased games).
