Disney Dreamlight Valleyhas released a new player survey and among the questions are a number of potential Disney movies that may see characters in the Valley in the future. The official survey gives Gameloft a chance to check in withDDVfans and see how players interact with the game. Many of the questions deal with demographics and gameplay, but a few might hint at what’s to come in the beloved cozy title.
A link to the survey was posted on theDisney Dreamlight ValleyX account, asking fans toprovide their feedback to shape the game’s future. According to the X post, player insights “play a key role in ongoing development of Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Three questions in particular relate to Disney IPs, directing fans to selectwhich films and series they’d want to see in the Valleyin the future. Although the mentioned titles won’t necessarily show up inDreamlight Valleyany time soon (or at all), player response may influence which titles Gameloft prioritizes.

The DDV Survey May Influence Which Characters Appear In The Game
TheDreamlight Valleysurvey asks fans tochoose as many Disney and Pixar titles as they want, to indicate which IP’s characters they’d like to see in the game. Fans can select from the following movies and franchises that don’t have any characters in the game yet:
Pirates of the Caribbean

Lady and the Tramp
Kim Possible
Pocahontas
The list offers awide range of Disney’s classic and more modern IPs.The survey also asks players if there are any franchises already present in the Valley that they’d like to see more characters from. The options given for that are:
The Princess and the Frog
Beauty and the Beast
Wall-E
Lion King
The community has been loudlyrequesting that Kronk and Kuzco fromThe Emperor’s New Grooveand Snow Whitebeadded toDreamlight Valley. This survey may just be the chance for fans to show Gameloft what the community wants. If enough people vote for these franchises, they may just show up in a future roadmap forDreamlight Valley.
Our Take: The Names Missing From The DDV Survey Are Interesting, Too
Some Of Disney’s Most Popular Franchises Are Nowhere To Be Seen
While there’s a long list of IPs mentioned in the survey, it’s worth mentioning thatseveral names are also notably missing. Most interestingly,Winnie the Poohisn’t mentioned in the survey, even though somePooh-themed items were recentlyfeatured in the Premium shop.
The Little MermaidandFinding Nemoare also nowhere to be seen, to my disappointment. It would be so fun to have an underwater section, with more characters fromThe LIttle Mermaid,as well as some of the characters fromFinding Nemo.Still, some of the titles mentioned in theDisney Dreamlight Valleysurvey mayappear in the game in the future, so fans should keep an eye out.
