Previously, Xbox revealed the Deadpool-themed Xbox Series X, along with two very unique “cheeky” controllers that resemble the Merc with a Mouth’s postérieure. Of course, the movie is calledDeadpool AND Wolverine, so it would be unfair to leave out Hugh Jackman’s claw-wielding mutant. Therefore,Xboxannounced that it has made a controller based on “Logan’s very own Adamantium-tough tush” with a billboard in Alberta in which Deadpool declares, “My best bub’s cheeks never looked so good.”
The promotional image for the two controllers is signed “Designed by Deadpool xoxo” in a fourth-wall-breaking move that’s in keeping with the character.

Players Have A Limited Time To Enter Microsoft’s Sweepstakes
To get theDeadpool & Wolverine-themed Xbox Series X,players have until June 29, 2025, to enter a sweepstakes to win it, and to do so, they must follow the Xbox page and repost with the hashtag #XboxCheekyControllerSweepstakes. This contest follows a tradition of sweepstakes projects, with a recent Xbox and Marvel collaboration celebrating the release ofX-Men ‘97. Coincidentally, thatX-Men ‘97promo also featured a Wolverine controllerto accompany its unique console. However, it was a simple recolor that could have been recreated on the Xbox Design Lab rather than the one featured here, which has its own unique sculpt.
Unlike the sweepstakes for the Deadpool controller, the Wolverine one is not active at the time of writing. According to Xbox’s announcement, fans aged 18 and over from around the world will be able to pick sides in the two mutants’ rivalry “soon” by finding the designated promotional post containing #MicrosoftCheekySweepstakes from the officialMicrosoftInstagram page.
Unfortunately, despite the huge fan demand following the Deadpool controller reveal, the consoles and controllers given away in these sweepstakes are never sold on the general retail market. Therefore, this may be the only chance players have to get their hands on them unless Microsoft changes its mind. While this is great for audience engagement as it makes the prize far rarer, the response to these sweepstakes shows that there would certainly be a market for such unique designs ifXboxwere to sell them, even in limited quantities.
