The Fest 2024 event forPokémon GOlasts two days, but Day 2 of the celebration has unique content compared to the first. Throughout July 14th, 2024, you will have the chance to catch special Pokémon, challenge new Raid bosses, and earn exclusive bonuses. The biggest change from Day 1 to Day 2 for Fest 2024 is the change to theRaid boss schedule inPokémon GO. While most of the bosses from the first day remain,two new Pokémon have been addedas challenges.Most of the event content remains the samebeyond this, making Day 2 host many of the same features and bonuses for you to experience if you missed anything.

Discover New Raid Bosses And Familiar Encounters
Day 2 wild encounters are the same as Day 1, with no changes to what Pokémon you can encounter in each of the four time-of-day habitats featured in the game. Habitats do not rotate which creatures show up, so don’t worry about missing out on Day 1 exclusives. Similar to theSpotlight Hour schedules inPokémon GO, you can use this chance to farm specific Candies or find a rare Shiny variant.
Raid bosses are slightly different, withall One-Star and Three-Star Raids remaining the same, whileFive-Star Raids only have two new battles. Day 2does not feature Day 1 Raid Bosses, instead replacing them with variants of the Legendary Pokémon Necrozma. You’ll have to learn new type match-ups with this powerful creature to stand a chance against its variant forms in challenging battles.

Once again,much of the Day 2 content for Event Ticket holders is the same as it was for Day 1for the Fest 2024 event. Those who purchase an event ticket already receive unique 7km Eggs, extra friendship bonus damage in raids, and access to six Special Trades on Day 2. Other features like the Global Challenge Arena carry over from Day 1, allowing you to complete a challenge alongside global Trainers. Finishing the universal task given to every ticket holder will help you gain another special bonus that will last until the end of the event. Depending on how engaged other players are in this task, it may be straightforward to complete before the conclusion of Fest 2024.
Special Research
Although the special research surrounding the Pokémon Marshadow ended on Day 1 of the event,new research emerged on Day 2 related to Necrozma. Since the normal version of Necrozma is no longer available through a Five-Star Raid, this is a great opportunity to catch the Legendary through a special encounter. Completing the research will help you interact with this Pokémon and catch it in the wild.
Incense Encounters
Ticket holders can once again use Incense items in their inventory to attract rare Pokémon exclusive to the event. The same Pokémon from Day 1 will show up during Day 2 from this process in the four changing habitats. These pocket monsters include:
