Breakout Hunger Games Star Tom Blyth To Lead Major New Video Game Adaptation

Now,Turihas posted an image on Instagram confirmingtheWatch Dogsmovie has started filming.
The image doesn’t reveal much about the movie, but appears to show someone sitting at a computer with headphones on, indicative of the setting for this scene. While it’s unclear what part of the movie this is from, it’s confirmation that production on the film is now fully underway.
What To Expect From The Watch Dogs Movie
As of writing,it has yet to be revealed which game theWatch Dogsmovie is going to be primarily pulling from.However, it would make the most sense for the film to follow the story of the first game, with Aiden waging a silent war against the technology company Blume for what happened to his niece. Along the way, he teams up with a Clara Lille, member of the hacker group DedSec, the pair’s shared interest in the tech company’s destruction leading them to form an alliance.
If the first game is the basis for the upcoming movie, then it would make sense if Blyth had been cast as Aiden while Wilde is portraying Clara. While this has yet to be confirmed, Blyth’s performance within theSongbirds & Snakescastwould make him perfect for a complex leading role like the video game character. Likewise, Wilde’s acting inTalk to Mewould make her a promising foil to his character, despite both having similar goals. Although the actual premise hasn’t been revealed, this would be a reasonable direction for the movie.
