Zenless Zone Zerofeatures the industry-standard regular and limited-time banners that are common among its peers. InZZZ, these are called Signal Search, and there are four different kinds currently available in the game. Stable Channel (Star-Studded Cast) is the regular banner that is available all the time and features a locked roster of available S-Rank Agents and uses Master Tapes. Bangboo Channel features thecoolest Bangboos available, and uses a different currency than the rest in Boopons. Finally, there’s the Exclusive Channel and W-Engine Channel, which are both limited-time and run as accessories to each other, needing Encrypted Master Tapes.
The Stable Channel and Bangboo Channel currently won’t feature any new additions or rotations, so Agents and Bangboos available in those banners won’t be unavailable at any point inZenless Zone Zero. It’s vitally important for players to keep track of the Exclusive Channel and W-Engine Channels, however; these are limited-time events that coincide with a new Agent’s release or a past Agent’s re-run, and are often the only way to acquire many of the ever-expanding roster in the HoYoverse game. Ellen Is Available Until July 24th In Mellow Waveride Banner
Zenless Zone Zero’s launch banner includes Ellen from theVictoria Housekeeping Co.faction. She’s an S-Rank Ice Agent who is notable for her movement in-game, allowing players to enter a shark-like trance and follow enemies like they’re hunting them underwater. She’s also one of the best damage dealers in the game, and a must-have for those looking to have the best Ice team currently available.Ellen’s banner also features two A-Rank Agents on rate-up alongside her: Anton (Electric) and Soukaku (Ice), the latter of which is a perfect complement to Ellen’s potential Ice team builds.
The accompanying W-Engine Search available with Ellen is the Dissonant Sonata banner, which features a rate-up on the Deep Sea Visitor W-Engine, the weapon designed to best suit Ellen. It also features rate-ups for the Drill Rig - Red Axis and Bashful Demon W-Enginers, which are the feature weapons of Anton and Soukaku, respectively. Both of these exclusive banners run until August 15, 2025, the halfway mark of the planned 1.0 content updates.
ZZZ Future Banners - Version 1.0’s Second Signal Search
Zhu Yuan Exclusive Unswerving Bullet Banner Runs From July 24 Until August 13th At Server Reset
The first upcomingZenless Zone Zerobanner features Zhu Yuan, an S-Rank Ether Agent who will be the first of her kind for the Attribute. She is most notable for her fast-paced attack style that blends gun-fu martial arts and distance-creating attacks, making her a flexible primary damage dealer.Her banner, Unswerving Bullet, will debut at the end of Ellen’s, August 19, 2025, and is anticipated to run until August 13th at server reset time, whenZZZVersion 1.1 is expected to launch. This banner will also increase drop rates for A-Rank Agents Ben (Fire) and Nicole (Ether), with the latter being the best support for Zhu Yuan currently in-game.
Zhu Yuan will be accompanied by the W-Engine Riot Suppressor Mark VI, which will be in the Dissonant Sonata banner on the same date the Agent is available. It will also feature rate-ups on Ben and Nicole’s signature weapons, the Big Cylinder and The Vault, respectively.

Qingyi & Jane Doe Will Release In The Upcoming Version Update
Qingyi is an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent who first appears duringZenless Zone Zero’s main storylineas a member of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team. Her banner is expected to be first duringZZZVersion 1.1, which should be around August 13th.Jane Doe will run as part of the second half banner and is a Physical Anomaly S-Rank Agentfrom an unknown faction. The exact timing of her banner isn’t known and hasn’t been confirmed, so it’s safer to assume it will occur in the August 13th - July 06, 2025 window, though timing may shift somewhat.
Qingyi’s banner will reportedly also include rate-ups for Anby (Electric) and Billy (Physical), which makes it a little lower value - those two Agents aren’t generally considered very strong, and neither of them is new to the game. Jane Doe’s banner will reportedly include rate-ups for Corin (Physical) anda new A-Rank Agent named Seth (Electric), so there’s a bit more to be had from rolling on that rate-up. Both S-Rank Agent rate-ups will include their signature W-Engines, though details on those haven’t yet been a part of therecentZenless Zone Zeroleaks.
