This A Rank Agent is given out for free during the main story and is the first Defense-type character in the game. He deals Fire damage and can trigger the Burn effect by building up the Fire Anomaly. Ben can also counter with his Special Attack.
Players cangain Trust with certain charactersinZenless Zone Zero. However, three criteria must be met before this can be done.Players will always need to have obtained the Agent first.For Ben, you must have completed Main Commission Chapter 2 andAnby’s Problem. The latter is unlocked once players reach level 30 and finish Chapter 2: Interlude. Once the Trust system is unlocked, you can begin with the first of four levels.

There are two ways to increase Trust for Agents.This is done through specific character events or hangout areas in parts of the city. Selecting the right answers can increase Ben’s Trust. Below are all the areas and correct answers for every Hangout and Event inZenless Zone Zero.
Bardic Needle Shop
Offer to go for a walk in Lumina Square and meet Ben by the newsstand.
Invite Ben to the Box Galaxy gadget shop on Sixth Street.
Invite Ben to the Cinema and meet him at Gravity Cinema in Lumina Square.

Sixth Street (Noodle Shop)
If everything is answered correctly, you should be able to get level four Trust with Ben Bigger. This will reward players with a total of 80 Polychrome, 30,000 Denny, 3 Advanced Burn Chips, Un-Bear-Able Rage Affinity, and Ben’s Dynamic Wallpaper.
